All owners should have received their annual packets for the HOA by now. Both the budget and annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 7 p.m., at the Family Church Campus. The address is 8464 Winter Garden Vineland Road, Orlando, FL 32836 in Building #10.
It is important that if you don’t plan on attending to send your proxy in to Leland Management. It must be received no later than Monday, November 7, 2022 by 5 p.m. The mailing address or email address can be found in your packet. Please note that a quorum of 30% or 184 units must be represented in person or by proxy for the meetings to be held.
