Top of the Line Amenities
The Lakes of Windermere has several amenities as listed below. All amenities are for the private use of the Lakes of Windermere residents and their guests. Commercial use of the amenities is prohibited.
Please be mindful of the open times for each of the community amenities detailed below.
POOL
This community features a large pool and sun deck perfect for those hot summer days. There is also a kitchen available for use by reservation. Please contact Leland Management for the key to the kitchen. Please be sure to review the pool rules before enjoying this amenity.
PIER ON LAKE SAWYER DR.
This picturesque pier located on Lake Sawyer is perfect for fishing, relaxing or nightly star gazing. Please remember to have fun while not feeding the alligators.
SPORTS
Tennis. Volleyball. Basketball. Whatever your favorite activity is, the Lakes of Windermere will have a place for your to enjoy the beautiful sunshine of Central Florida.
GAZEBO AT THE PINE LOOP PARK (Nobelton Drive and Mapperton Drive)
The gazebo at the Pine Loop Park located in the center of the Lakes of Windermere provides a large, shaded space for community parties and events. The beautifully lined pine trees run along a 9/10 mile sidewalk perfect for an afternoon jog or walk with the dog. Please remember to utilize the pet stations throughout the park to clean up after your pets and keep our community clean.
