Dedicated Leadership
Professional and experienced leaders are essential to our community’s success.
The seven board members of the Lakes of Windermere HOA have been elected to serve and maintain the high level of quality within our neighborhood. They are all leaders and professionals within and around our community with a passion for seeing our homes and neighborhood in pristine condition.
The Board strives to create and maintain open communication within the Board and to the home owners. The Board oversees compliance with the Lakes of Windermere Homeowner Association Covenants and By-laws in order to maintain a quality community.
Board Meetings
Board meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Family Church – Lakeside Campus, Building 10, 8464 Winter Garden Vineland Road, Orlando, FL 32836, in Building #8.
The ARB Board meets at 6:45 p.m. on the 3rd Tuesday of each month prior to Board Meetings, at Family Church.
Fining Committee meets at 6:30 p.m. on the 3rd Tuesday of each month prior to Board Meetings, at Family Church.
