The HOA is please to share that new pool furniture is being installed to refresh and improve our community pool area.
As part of this update, the old pool furniture is being removed. Residents are welcome to pick up any of the old furniture only for personal use on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that items are offered as-is, and the HOA will not be responsible for transport, condition, or future use once removed from the pool area.
The Board has found that offering the old furniture was a better option rather than disposing of it as the most efficient and cost-effective approach.
You can pick up the old furniture which is at the pool stacked in a corner of the pool deck.
